Por ejemplo, \u00bfqu\u00e9 significa cuando nos dicen que nuestros embriones tienen fragmentaci\u00f3n?<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">La fragmentaci\u00f3n embrionaria consiste en restos celulares anucleares que va desechando el embri\u00f3n durante sus divisiones y que comparte espacio con las propias c\u00e9lulas. Sabemos que un porcentaje de fragmentaci\u00f3n alto, esta relacionado con menores tasas de implantaci\u00f3n embrionaria, por lo que es una caracter\u00edstica a tener en cuenta. Se desconocen las causas de la fragmentaci\u00f3n, pero en algunos casos puede estar relacionada con un reparto cromos\u00f3mico anormal, que explicar\u00eda el descenso en la tasa de implantaci\u00f3n, y en cambio en otras, puede ser reabsorbida por el embri\u00f3n en estadios posteriores.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">La fragmentaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n relacionada con menor n\u00famero de embriones capaces de llegar al estadio de blastocisto, ya que dificulta el contacto entre c\u00e9lulas para poder compactar e iniciar la blastulaci\u00f3n. Y en los casos en los que el embri\u00f3n es capaz de formar el blastocisto dejando a un lado la fragmentaci\u00f3n, podr\u00eda dificultar la eclosi\u00f3n embrionaria (ruptura de la zona pel\u00facida para salir de ella e iniciar la implantaci\u00f3n), lo que explicar\u00eda tambi\u00e9n la menor tasa de embarazo.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Hay varias hip\u00f3tesis sobre el origen de la fragmentaci\u00f3n, pero parece tener gran peso la calidad ovocitaria, al ser el responsable de guiar las primeras divisiones embrionarias. De todas formas, debemos tener un buen programa de estimulaci\u00f3n y cultivo embrionario. Ya que, por ejemplo, los cambios de temperatura provocados al sacar los embriones del incubador para realizar la observaci\u00f3n morfol\u00f3gica, podr\u00edan provocar un aumento de la fragmentaci\u00f3n embrionaria.
