The society got the message and unwanted pregnancies (and its consequences) were at least in part avoided.<\/p>\n<p>Nowadays, we are located on the other side of the coin.\u00a0 The society is not aware that decline of fertility due in part to infertility but also to delay wish of pregnancies, is taking us to a very deep hole. The fertility rates are below the replacement level in our society.<\/p>\n<p>Assuming that assisted reproduction may help to solve this problem, we should agree that natural conceptions have to be increased.
